Call Sheets and Shooting Schedules

After we started feeling less worried about other organisational aspects as we approximately knew our actors, schedules, and locations we sat down with the whole crew and started brainstorming on how we could possibly divide the scenes by their locations, actors, and time which gave us an ability to come up with the overall plan for the shooting days. After doing so, we felt much more relieved as we only needed three shooting days which seemed quite realistic to do if we all make them completely free and use the time as efficiently as possible.
After our final decision about the schedule and all the bookings I did the shooting schedules and the call sheets which were later sent to the actors and crew members:
